Ham from Iberian crossed pigs, 100% Duroc Jersey males with 100% Iberian females. A 50% Iberian race ham naturally cured for more than 24 months, with an intense flavour and aroma con matices de rancidez. Dark red or marbled meat with fatty infiltration and a little fibrous.
